Camera powers on, you can see through the viewfinder, but it won’t record to a tape. In my testing, I found that the viewfinder is very laggy and often glitches, but still displays. I was unable to get it to record to a tape. You can load the tape, and it will accept it, but won’t allow you to record. I have NOT attempted to fix or repair this camera in any way. Only camera and case. No battery or cables. Will be properly packaged and shipped safely. Please look at all the photos for the condition before you buy. No returns.
