This item is sealed on the main part of the case. The only issue is there is a part on the front that holds the batteries but it’s been cracked open and the batteries were removed. Otherwise the cassette player is sealed and unused. It does come with headphones, a belt clip, and a hand grip. It is water resistant, has AM/FM, digital synthesizer, auto reverse, XBS.
