This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There are light nicks, scratches, and spots of surface rust on this item. Spots of paint wear, chips, and scuff marks are visible throughout the body and underframe. Railings also show spots of rust and are a bit bent out of shape. When tested, item ran well both directions, but lighting did not function. The original box is included and shows, rips, tears, and previous owner has affixed a large sticker.
