Sony Walkman WM-F66 F76 Radio/Cassette. Radio Works Cassette Does Not. 
Tested it with battery and plug-in both work. Radio does work cassette does not work may need belt. I do not see it spinning. Comes with Sony power adapter and has its belt clip. Speaker in the back does work and with headphones and does work.
