New, never used, open box. Oil and brush are still factory sealed. It's only opened, because I opened it to assure it's working condition. I have video I can send. I never used it and actually forgot I had it and don't need this anymore. I'm selling it for cheaper than the going sell rate just to move some stuff I no longer need.
