Cooks eggs 3 different ways. Can make up to 7 soft, medium, or hard-boiled eggs, 1- 2 poached eggs or an omelet. Used this machine one time to try the omelet feature, which also steams vegetables. It worked quite well, I just don’t use it. I no longer have the instructions, but it works like most egg cookers by adding the correct amount of water to the bottom. Measuring cup included.
