Pre-owned. Tested & is 100% working with one minor defect: When ejecting VHS tapes, you have to assist it by tipping the VHS player downwards so that the tape can slide out. When you press eject, the vhs player does not push the tape out for you. It lifts it up so that it can slide out and you just have to tilt it, so that the tape can fall out. Has one minor dent.
