I either have a bad charger, or all the batteries are bad. So you will for sure need to get a new battery and or charger. Comes with all the extras like the cords and case and remote. All in good condition, although I have not deep cleaned this unit do it could use a quick dust off other than the lens which I cleaned a bit. Message me if you need anything and if your unhappy with the unit I accept returns in the same condition you were sent the item. BINU1
