This console was damaged during shipping, there was no issues with it prior to shipping. 1. You have to press hard on power button to power on the device 2. I just updated to see if it would clear a problem I was having ( weird colors all over the screen) and now I can’t see the colors but the system is acting very slow, it wasn’t slow at all before update 3. It plays disc perfectly 4. Im also not getting much sound, there’s something going on with hdmi port, it’s working but working weird some of my TVs won’t recognize hdmi signal or would see it but it’s a blank screen As is for parts or repair no returns thank you
