Text-block unmarked. No writing, underlining, pencil or ink. Handsome vintage hardcover, in near fine dust jacket protected in plastic Mylar. These older Loebs were made of much higher quality. The pages are thicker, ink darker, you can just tell they are made of higher quality materials, the hardback cover too, much more superior to the newer Loebs when a new editor took over. Especially the most recent one. Quality has gone immensely downhill. Just inside front of volume a stamp was written over with black marker. In that same area, there is light damage to the paper, otherwise the book is clean, tight, and free of any markings and or damage. Some pages, along one corner, or another, are creased slightly (see pictures).
