I bought this machine brand new as a spare to my other sewing machine. When I needed it, I opened the box and the foot pedal would not work so I paid to mail it to a singer service center where it was repaired and tested just a month or two ago. I had to get something else while I waited so this machine still has never been used. I have information from service center . Comes in original box and packaging. I can’t select multiple shipping carriers but am willing to check into ups or fed ex to save on shipping
