KOE must the source of the odor to eliminate the odor 100%. Saturate the area heavily so that KOE can the full source of the odor and let air dry. May be applied with a pump-up sprayer. If the odor persists, either the full source of the odor wasn’t reached, or a stronger dilution ratio is needed.
