This is a vintage novelty gag gift called "Why Elephants Can't Fly". When you open the lid to the hard plastic box you find out exactly why they can't. Hard plastic box measures approx. 2 1/4" by 3" and is in very good condition with some minor residue where the glue that holds the front label in place has dried.
