These Lot (2) Samsung Mini DV Camcorders SCD103 have No Tapes, have Batteries, For Parts, Repair. Both of these start up, and look for a tape. One has a broken tape cover. Cosmetically they aren't bad with numbering taped on here and there but they are being sold as is.
