Azeitão cheese is a Portuguese sheep cheese, from the Azeitão region, in the Setúbal district. They have a thin thick yellowish peel. Its weight may vary between 100 and 250 g. Its folder is soft, having an aroma and flavor that resembles those of Serra cheese.
