Graphics Card does not work. It powers on, but then shows a screen asking the user to plug in the PCIE power connectors. My PSU is not the issue, nor is my motherboard, because I tested with 4 other cards and they all worked flawlessly. This card IS NOT working. It is for parts only. No returns. It is missing one of the backplates and one tiny screw and hex piece. Otherwise, everything appears to be there. No obvious signs of damage. I don't know what the issue is. I am not an expert at these things. It might be able to be fixed. I don't know. FOR PARTS.
