i can tell this espresso machine is very lightly used, i ran a shot of espresso through it and steamed milk once to make sure everything was working, it is in very good condition and everything works great. it is missing a milk pitcher, a portafilter, water tester and cleaning tool but otherwise comes with everything in the photos. will come all nicely packed in the box.
