The card has no visible damage except for slight decoloration of the metal surrounding the hdmi ports, although it doesn’t effect the performance whatsoever. has some slight dust, i did a simple clean but i’m sure you could get it looking brand new. I recently upgraded my computer and this was my daily driver before the upgrade for years, so I can say with confidence that it’s fully functional. No accessories included, just the GPU.
