Powers on and does scan. Did not pick up anything but there is no antenna. Squelch control does not work well. The buttons are tight from not being used for quite a while. Needs a good cleaning. Sold as is for parts or restoration no returns. Does not include a power cord, mount or antenna. Comes as shown. See photos for more details.
