Item seems to be brand new I did test it to make sure it worked and it is hand cranked I shredded paper in it as you can see from the photos I did not do the CD of the credit card area It does not have the original box The manual the hand crank everything's with it It is 12 in long and 6 in tall and 5 in wide Weighs just under 3 lb Any questions feel free to contact me
