In okay condition but has wear and damage. There are a lot of stains and areas of discoloration. Some rattle when shaken. Some of the mesh has some rips and tears. There are scratches and missing paint. There's some house paint caught to some of them. No wires included. These were in my house when I bought it but I never tested them before Replaceing them with my stereo speakers so they are untested sold as not working for parts or repair.
