Looks like a long slim leek. A sweet and mild non-bulbing onion. Excellent yields. Great for salads and garnishes. Perfect for stir fry dishes and other dishes that call for great onion flavor. The Tokyo Long White is tolerant of cold and heat but is usually not best for over-wintering.
