We bought this open box and used for 1 week so it is basically like new. Its great but it doesn't fit our space. We have a small kitchen. So we traded for a smaller machine. This one is a beast- strong frother, great coffee. Love the 15 bar crema etc. Ready for someone who enjoys espresso and has a larger kitchen counter than ours!
