Emerson VCR4003A 4-Head VCR Only - Tested - For Parts or Repair - Read Descript

This is being sold for parts/not working. Once plugged in the clock flashes. It sounds as if the VCR is trying to load a tape that is not there. I did not test any further because I did not want to deal with a stuck tape should it be able to go in.
