Cosmetically this laptop is in good condition. There is a large gouge on the lid. There are also minor scratches and wear on the lid. There is a light spot on the right side of the LCD screen. There is a small plastic chip along the back left hinge cover and a crack near the smart card slot. According to the Battery Bar software program, the battery in this laptop has 41.9% wear. The battery does hold some kind of charge, but we do not know for how long. Sorry, but we can not warranty the battery. Thanks :).
