The Carbonex 20 is cracked. You can see the crack at about the '8 oclock marker area. You can see the crack has definitely gone all the way through the frame on both sides of the racket. This It's still held together ok, my guess is the tension in the string is holding the exterior frame together. There are multiple close ups of this crack. Thesp20 also has grip residue and requires an overgrip if you plan to use it. The grip had a blue overgrip, which after being removed has left a lot of blue residue on the handle. This one is sold for parts / repair / as is only. The Carbonex 21 SP is in good used condition. It seems to have been restrung recently. The grip has a dark blue overgrip on it.
