Everything is fully functional and comes from a clean, smoke-free home. Each fits dogs with neck sizes between 11 and 15 inches. Collar lightly used (about five times or less) and in excellent condition. The cover has a small dirt mark, shown in the photos. The Halo 3 collar connects to the Halo app to set up virtual fences, track your dog’s location, and give training feedback through sound, vibration, or optional static correction.
