The first picture is the best true color. I think it's more purple than blue. Headphone jack cuts left and right on thinner 1/8 inch headphones. It does also come in both l/r as well. I have a pair of Beats that have a thicker jack and it does not happen as often. Volume and controls all work. Sounds great. It could possibly need a quick re solder job on the headphone jack.
