Great Samsung camcorder in working condition. There's no battery charger but the battery charges when you plug up the camera. I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS ON THE TAPE. PLEASE USE CAUTION WITH IT. The battery With it mat not be the actual battery that goes with this model but it works now so you may have to get another battery, just let you know.
