This is a set of four military textbooks from World War II era used to educate US soldiers, produced by the US War Department. These books focus on language arts and are centered around literature. A neat piece of US history! All in good condition. Some folds on the corners of covers. The covers are paper, some have small tears on binding. Also I think all of them have some check marks/writing on the contents page which add to the authenticity. Clearly the original owner was marking them off as he was completing them!
