This DVDs are brand new never been played but it is NOT SEALED! The reason for this is because when I received this item the seal was already half peeled off and the case was broke in a spot. So I unwrapped it and replaced the case with a brand new case. So the item is brand new just not sealed but I am going to label the item as “like new” just for the fact of not being wrapped in plastic
