Jabra GN9120 / GN9125. Wireless Headset For Desk Phones. See pictures. Turns on and I hear sound when buttons are pressed. Not sure if there is any battery that needs changing or not. The earcuffs each have issues, the original cuffs are flaking / peeling, the foam cuffs one has a split as seen in pictures.
