Here is a working Mattel Baby Secret doll. Everything she says is in a whispered voice. Hair is nice and outfit is good. She works well. Her body is foam. The vinyl arms have detached from the foam inside her sleeve. I don’t know how to get them back in since the outfit doesn’t come off! She has a few little spots on her face.
