One OCD owner climate control stored flat. Box shows 4 Record set yet inside we have 5 records. Virtually no wear. Some wear to binding at folded edge. Tape was placed along blue hinge to support opening and closing. Only handled with white cotton gloves. LP all play perfect on both sides clean no issues. All writing visible no worn spots.
