Very old builders manual. This is the 3rd of 4th book. It's amazing to see how things were done back in 1930s. This book was reprinted in the 40s or 50s I believe. The spine is weak and has a split inside the front cover. No pages are detached from the spine. Soft cover book. Pages have discolored over time. For the age of this book, it is in great condition.
