This 1940's dress by Nan Duskin Philadelphia is a light brown color with a white floral design embroidered collar. Fabric feels like a textured rayon. It has fabric covered buttons to the waist and smaller concealed buttons from the waist to the bottom hem (see photo). Pleated skirt.\ It comes with the original matching belt. The measurements are as follows: 36" bust. 26" waist. 36" hips. 47" length top pf shoulder to bottom hem. The dress is in excellent condition.
