A very old book of lectures to surgeons and doctors, on surgical procedures and diagnostics from the late 1700s and early 1800s. 157 pages (vol 1) plus 198 pages & 4 plates at very back (vol 2). you'd think ~surgeons~ would be better at sewing skin together than that.
