Case is trashed but will include to add an extra layer of protection when shipping. This item will be bubble wrapped and triple boxed to ensure it arrives undamaged. The printer itself is in beautiful condition. Has a few small scuffs as seen in photos. Needs a new ribbon. All keys work.
