There are some minor wear marks on the red paint in some areas but overall in good working condition. The electrical tape is covering wires that go to the cap of the ground coffee as the rubberized coating wore off the wires, they are still insulated with regular wire insulation. I am not sure of the Purpose the wires serve running to the ground coffee cover to the inside of the machine. 110 volt
