3 Atlas IED Model Power Amps. One Amp powers on with some boards showing the green lights. One powers on and shows all green lights. One doesn't power on. The units cosmetically looks in great condition. Other then the 2 units that power on, I have no other way to test them. The 3 units are sold as is.
