As far as I can see this appears to be unused as the Velcro fasteners are clean and not frayed or full of junk. There are a few light creases from storage but no stains or damage. Around the smallest part of the waist is 28“. Pit to pit is 17” or 34” around Full length is about 55” From middle of the base of the neck to the end of the cuff is about 29 inches. 29” from crotch to ankle
