Fully functional. Each burner fires up. Downdraft works. (see video for demonstration). The burner knobs look a little crooked or off center. Not sure how or when this happened?. This is a used cooktop and though it has been cleaned to the best of our ability it still has traces of grease, charred/blackened grill plates, scuffs, scratches, markings and signs of normal use over years.
