Frame is a new off the shelf display model. May have very minor cosmetic blemishes such as tiny scratches, scuffs or nicks from being moved around and stored on display. Comes with non prescription manufacture lenses and as with any frame will need slight adjustments of the arms and or nose pad (if applicable) for proper custom fit.
