this system is new/open box. A customer returned this because it was not the right system for them. All contents were tested and inspected and are in pristine brand new condition. No dust, dirt, dings, scratches, etc. Nothing is missing and everything is in pristine brand new condition just as it was when originally sold brand new. Everything is in its original box.
