Upon arrival, the guitar was set up (cleaned, strings replaced, rod adjusted, octave adjusted, string height adjusted, frets filed), the frets are at a height that will not affect playability, and the truss rod can be adjusted to tighten or loosen and has been tested to work up to �}60��, so it is in good condition.
