Item is brand new with cardboard seals and sealed straps and cd. Original box included but is old and worn and top is missing. No problem functionality, but the fabric around the base of the chest cushion has come loose but does not affect the use of the machine. I do not ship to puerto rico,alsaka,or hawaii.
