This is a working pre-owned General Electic handheld mixer. It is complete with the beaters and has been tested. Showing lots of scratches from use but this is still running smoothly. It could use a good cleaning though! A nice feature is the knob underneath which releases the beaters- so much easier to use than pressing the button on the handle that so many handheld mixers have!!
