This is a vintage Minnie Mouse hand puppet, manufactured by Gund in Hong Kong during the 1960s. The head is rubber and the puppet dress is cloth. Some color rubbing off the nose as well as some staining to cloth dress. Small tear on rear shoulder area, see pics. Perfect for display, this is a beautiful piece of vintage Disneyana!
