This item has been tested and is functioning. Being a used item, it may have small scratches or imperfections. The most noticeable is a little black paint came off the rotating black aluminum knob Please do your research regarding this grinder. Some may feel the grind is not fine enough. That being said if you purchase this grinder you accept it the way it is. Meaning if you find the grind not to your liking there are NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS. This grinder has expensive burrs and as such this item cannot be return to prevent possible burr swapping.
