New never used and comes from a smoke free home. Purchased two of these and never used this one. I've used mine for everything...computers, laptops, cellphones, tablets and even for projector. As long as it has a jack to plug into. Box has minor scuffing but You will be receiving a Brand New with factory packaging. This will weigh 2.8 lbs with packaging.
